This error will only appear if the serial number was entered from another value added service, entered incorrectly, or has been already used. Please make sure that serial number that you entered is from the correct value added service. The field, in which the serial number must be entered, is case sensitive. Please make sure you have entered the serial number exactly as it appears on the e-mail that was sent to you. Also, check to see that there are no spaces in front or within the serial code.
If you have entered your serial number and you still encounter an invalid Serial Code error, the serial number is most likely invalid. You will need to request for another serial number. Please follow the directions on our FAQ on how to obtain another serial number.
