I found this player botting! How do I report him(her)?

If you have found a character in-game who you believe is using an illegal 3rd party program, please notify us thereof via the GM Mailing Service by sending an ill-mannered report along with a screenshot that clearly displays name of the suspected character. The GM Mailing Service can be accessed by clicking on the 'E-mail Inquiry' button that appears after performing a search on the FAQ. We recommend placing the cursor over the character in question in the image that you submit.

Although a screenshot alone cannot prove the use of an unauthorized third party program, it will serve as a reference if we find reason to investigate. Screenshots in which the image has been modified, such as cropping or the circling or highlighting of key information, cannot be accepted by the iRO GM Team. We would also like to remind users that characters suspected of operating by means of unauthorized third party software may actually be controlled by an unresponsive human player. Therefore, please do not respond to such characters with ill-mannered behavior.

When submitting your reports, please try to take the screenshots at 640x480 resolution, and send your reports in a ZIP file in as few messages as possible. This will allow us to respond in a more timely and efficient manner to your reports. Remember that the file size limit for a single attatchment is 1 Megabyte [1048576 bytes]. Please also be aware that submitting a large volume of reports at once may slow our response time in handling your reports, so we ask that you please avoid sending in a large number of messages simultaneously.
