Characters that have partaken in the adoption system cannot be transferred between servers.
If you have been married and adopted a child, regardless to if the child has been deleted, we cannot transfer the character to another server due to complications with the adoption system.
This limitation is being looked into for being updated for the allowance of transfers to characters taken part in the adoption system, however at this time any character associated to a parent or is an adopted child cannot be transferred until further notice.
If a character has been married and has not adopted, they are still eligible to be transferred from servers.
